if the color of this smoothie doesn't brighten up your day, i don't know what will! this is such a fun smoothie to make when you want to switch things up and feel like you are consuming all the antioxidants that spices, roots, and fruits can provide. you'll be glowing after this smoothie - mostly because it's so delicious, you can't help but smile! here's proof:
ingredients
- 1 banana
- handful of frozen pineapple🍍
- handful of frozen mango
- large pinch of turmeric powder
- large pinch of cinnamon
- thumb sized chunk of ginger root, peeled
- 1/2 C almond milk
- 1/2 C coconut milk
- 1/2 peanut nosh bar
directions
- put all ingredients, except nosh bar, into a blender
- blend until smooth
- cut nosh bar into bite sized pieces and place on top of smoothie

photo tips
to get that perfect shot, place your subject and picture props next to a window that gets a lot of natural light! the light is best on cloudy days (keeps shadows out of your photo while still giving all the brightness!). but if it's not cloudy, just keep your subject out of direct sunlight and you're good to go! take a bunch of pics, and FAST, so you can edit and pick the best ones. happy noshing!
