ARE NOSH BARS GLUTEN FREE?
nosh bars are not certified gluten free, as they may have been processed on equipment that was used to process gluten products. However, all ingredients are naturally non glutinous.
ARE NOSH BARS WHOLE 30 APPROVED?
nosh bars are not certified Whole 30, but the chocolate and lemon blueberry contain only Whole 30 approved ingredients.
DO NOSH BARS CONTAIN ADDED SUGAR?
nosh bars have NO added sugar (not even honey, maple syrup, agave, or apple juice concentrate)! The only ingredients in the nosh bars are what are on the labels. We want to be 100% transparent about what we are putting in our bars, which is exactly what YOU deserve and what you should be asking for from your other favorite brands.
ARE NOSH BARS VEGAN?
Yes! Most bars you find in stores will have either egg whites, dairy (powdered milk), honey, or other animal by-products. Our bars are 100% vegan.
WILL THERE BE NUT-FREE NOSH BARS?

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH SUGAR ON THE NOSH BAR NUTRITION LABEL?
All the sugar in the nutrition label comes from natural sources: dates. These are nature's gift to us. The dried fruits we use in nosh bars are free of added sugar. There is a misconception about sugar (that all of it is bad). This is not true. Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole grains contain sugars, and since they are sugars found in whole foods, they also come with lots of vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. When sugar is paired with fiber from the same source, it gets absorbed slowly through your gut, which prevents spikes in your blood sugar. And since glucose is our body's main source of energy, we can't live without sugar! And gosh darn it, it makes things taste good. Additionally, all ingredients in nosh bars are low on the glycemic index.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY NOSH BARS?
nosh bars should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place, such as your cabinet. You can also put them in the fridge or freezer if you prefer them cold or want to keep them fresh past their expiration date!
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped.
We ship Monday through 12pm on Friday. All orders placed before 12pm will ship out the same day with 1-2 day shipping. USPS ships every day and UPS ships most days. All of our items are perishable if left in extreme heat. Please keep in mind National Holidays will often extend transit times.
We have no control over delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or weather, so please be patient if an issue arises. If the delay becomes problematic, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or for stolen items. Please ship to a mailing address where an individual can receive the package upon arrival on all 7 days of the week.
All online orders are final and because our nosh bars are perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do not do buy backs if products expire on your shelf. You are responsible for stocking your shelves with nosh bars in order of expiration date. A 100% refund will be applied to your original payment method if the product arrives with physical or temperature damage (open bags, expired food). Please submit refund requests with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will apply the credit ASAP.
