VANILLA or chocolate? We all have a favorite. But even if you prefer chocolate, you can't deny that vanilla isn't just... yum. Vanilla is such a great way to enhance the flavor of so many delicious foods, and it does just that to nosh bars. Spices are such a great way to flavor and add health benefits to your food. It also reduces inflammation (great for post-workout), strengthens your hair, prevents acne, soothes anxiety, and can aid in weight loss.
As a country, we are scared of salt. Salt is bad for us is a blanket statement that shouldn't be applied to good salts, such as SEA SALT. The salt found in most of our food is not good for us. However, salt is an essential mineral for our health, and sea salt in particular gives you those benefits. Sea salt, unlike refined salts which are processed, contain their moisture and minerals. Sea salt is great for your teeth because it contains flouride, it helps you maintain a balanced level of blood sugar, it aids in maintaining a healthy level of blood pressure, and it helps relieve muscle cramps!
You may have heard that CINNAMON is a powerful medicinal spice. It has a ton of antioxidants! Anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, immunity-boosting, as well as lowering the risk for cancer and other diseases.

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH SUGAR ON THE NOSH BAR NUTRITION LABEL?
All the sugar in the nutrition label comes from natural sources: mostly figs and dates. These are natures gift to us. The dried fruits we use in nosh bars are free of added sugar and come only from the dried fruit itself. There is a misconception about sugar (that all of it is bad). This is not true. Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole grains contain sugars, and since they are sugars found in whole foods, they also come with lots of vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. When sugar is paired with fiber from the same source, it gets absorbed slowly through your gut, which prevents spikes in your blood sugar. And since glucose is our body's main source of energy, we can't live without sugar! Additionally, all ingredients are low on the glycemic index.
HOW DO I STORE MY NOSH BARS?
nosh bars should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place, such as your cabinet. You can also put them in the fridge or freezer if you prefer them cold or want to keep them fresh for several months!
