You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped.
All online orders are shipped with 3-day delivery, or less, via USPS or UPS. Please ship to a mailing address where an individual can receive the package upon arrival. All of our items are perishable if left in extreme heat. Please keep in mind National Holidays will often change transit times.
We have no control over delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or weather, so please be patient if an issue arises. If the delay becomes problematic, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
All online orders are final and because our nosh bars are perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do not do buy backs if products expire on your shelf. You are responsible for stocking your shelves with nosh bars in order of expiration date. A 100% refund will be applied to your original payment method if the product arrives with physical or temperature damage (open bags, expired food). Please submit refund requests with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will apply the credit ASAP.
