You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped.

We ship Monday through 12pm on Friday. All orders placed before 12pm will ship out the same day with 1-2 day shipping. USPS ships every day and UPS ships most days. All of our items are perishable if left in extreme heat. Please keep in mind National Holidays will often extend transit times.

We have no control over delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or weather, so please be patient if an issue arises. If the delay becomes problematic, please reach out to us at michele@noshbars.com.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or for stolen items. Please ship to a mailing address where an individual can receive the package upon arrival on all 7 days of the week.

All online orders are final and because our nosh bars are perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do not do buy backs if products expire on your shelf. You are responsible for stocking your shelves with nosh bars in order of expiration date. A 100% refund will be applied to your original payment method if the product arrives with physical or temperature damage (open bags, expired food). Please submit refund requests with photos to michele@noshbars.com and we will apply the credit ASAP.
